Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
- To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- You must notify us of any issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear cannot be returned.
- Custom orders or special-request products are not eligible for returns.
Return Process
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order details, photos, and reason for return.
- Our support team will review your request and provide instructions.
- If approved, the item must be handed back to our delivery partner or shipped back to the provided return address.
Refunds
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued in the form of cash refund upon pickup or adjusted in your replacement order, depending on the situation.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
